Privacy Policy
Last updated July 17, 2026
The short version: We don't use cookies, we don't track you across the web, and we never sell your information. We collect only what we need to reply to you and to understand — in a general, anonymous way — how the site is being used.
Who we are
Floral Gatherings is a husband-and-wife DIY floral arrangement party experience based in Welland, Ontario, serving Southern Ontario. You can reach us any time at [email protected].
Cookies
We don't set any. There's no cookie banner on this site because there's nothing to consent to — we store nothing on your device.
Analytics
We like to know which pages people find helpful, so we run our own analytics on our own server (a tool called Umami). It's cookieless and privacy-first. It gives us anonymous, aggregate numbers only — things like how many people visited a page, roughly what country or region they're in, whether they're on a phone or a computer, and which site linked them to us. It cannot identify you, follow you to other websites, or build a profile about you.
The contact form
When you send us a note through the contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you provide — and we use them for exactly one thing: to write you back. That's it. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone.
Booking a consultation
Our free-consultation booking is handled by Cal.com, which collects the details you enter to schedule the call. Their handling of that information is covered by their own privacy policy.
Links to other places
We link out to our Instagram and a few other services. Once you leave our site, those places have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.
Your choices
Because we don't build profiles or store personal data beyond the messages you send us, there's very little to manage. If you've emailed us and would like us to delete your message from our inbox, just ask — we're happy to.
Changes
If we ever change how any of this works, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Questions? Email us at [email protected] — a real person (one of two, actually) will answer.
