Nope! Zero experience needed — just a crafty attitude and a willingness to have fun. Our kits come with step-by-step guides (printed and digital) so every guest can follow along at their own pace. You'd be amazed what a little encouragement and a few practice bud vases can do.
Everything you need to get arranging! That includes buckets for sorting your stems, floral snippers, wire, floral tape, floral foam, ribbon, and any order-specific extras like boutonniere clips or corsage wristbands. We also include printed and digital step-by-step guides for every guest. Need vases? We carry a few classic styles, or you're welcome to use your own.
It starts with a free consultation — we'll chat about your event, your vibe, your guest count, and your vision. From there, we put together a custom plan with our suppliers (usually just a couple of rounds to get it just right). On the day of, we deliver your flowers and kits right to your door. We can stick around to get everyone started and comfortable, or leave you to it — totally your call.
Here's the fun part: you'll unbox the flowers, clean the stems, and let them acclimate to room temperature for about an hour. While they're settling in, you'll set up your workstations and review the guides. Then — the magic begins.
Anywhere from 2 to 5 hours, depending on the size of your party, the size of your order, and how many hands are helping. It's flexible — some groups fly through it, others take their time and make an afternoon of it.
We've done gatherings with as few as 4 and as many as 20. Somewhere in between tends to be the sweet spot — enough people to make it a party, but not so many that half the group is just watching. We'll help you figure out the right number during your consultation.
For weddings, we recommend starting the conversation at least 3 months ahead of your date — the earlier the better to nail down your vision. For other events (showers, birthdays, girls' nights, team building), at least 1 month gives us the time we need to source the perfect blooms.
We're based in Welland, Ontario and serve all of Southern Ontario. For a really special occasion, we're open to travelling further — just ask!
Every gathering is different, so our pricing is based on flower availability, quantity, and complexity. Some blooms cost more than others, but that's exactly what our free consultation is for — we'll work with your budget to find the right mix. No sticker shock, just an honest conversation.

They're yours to keep! We love the idea of sending guests home with their creations as gifts — it's one of the best parts. At our own wedding, the centrepieces became the wedding favours. Everyone left with something beautiful they made themselves.
Totally fair — it's one of the most common questions we get! During your consultation, we'll go over best practices for safe transportation and plant care. And if you'd rather not worry about it at all, we offer a pickup and redelivery service to get your arrangements safely to the venue.
